Why we need this role

Good prizes are half of a game's success. A category manager brings together partners in their category so every game has prizes worth playing for, and partners get new customers through cross-promo.

What you'll do

  • Find partners with prizes in your category
  • Build a prize catalog for games and cross-promo
  • Measure which prizes bring customers to partners
  • Grow the category into the leader in prizes given out

Who we're looking for

  • You have experience in category management, partnerships or purchasing
  • You can negotiate win-win deals
  • You calculate partnership economics
  • You use AI to find partners and vet each one

Nice to have

  • Your own contacts in the category
  • Experience with loyalty programs
