Participation Rules
How to take part in prize games on Vitrina: tries, the randomizer, prizes and how to receive them, what is prohibited and who is responsible for what. By pressing «Участвовать» (Participate) or «Вращать» (Spin), you agree to these rules.
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails (clause 13.4 of the Terms of Use).
1. General provisions
1.1. These Rules supplement the Terms of Use and apply to every Participant in activities on Vitrina. The rules of a particular activity — prizes, timing, conditions — are set by its Organizer and are shown in the activity itself.
1.2. A Participant accepts these Rules by pressing «Участвовать» (Participate), «Вращать» (Spin) or otherwise taking part in an activity.
1.3. Persons over 18 may participate. The Organizer may set additional conditions, for example by country or by age for certain prizes.
2. How an activity works
2.1. An activity is run by its Organizer — the owner or an administrator of a Telegram channel or group. Vitrina provides the technical platform and is not the organizer of the activity.
2.2. Participation is free. Vitrina does not sell tries, chances to win or participation. Participation may require subscribing to the Organizer’s channels; this condition is shown in the activity.
2.3. Tries. The number of starting tries, how they are restored and the ways to get extra tries — inviting a friend, completing a task, entering a ticket code — are set by the Organizer. The Organizer may limit the total number of tries per Participant.
2.4. Randomizer. The result of each try is determined by an algorithm. First it determines whether the try wins: in a no-lose activity it always does, in other activities it wins with the chance set by the Organizer. Then a prize is chosen based on its rarity and the remaining quantity. The chances are the same for all Participants. Vitrina does not interfere with the results.
2.5. While an activity is running, prizes and chances do not change. The Organizer can change prizes, their quantity and the chances by pausing the activity; prizes already won stay with the winners.
2.6. The Organizer or the Vitrina team may suspend, stop or block an activity, including for a breach of the rules.
3. Prizes
3.1. All prizes are provided by the Organizer; cross-promo bonus prizes are provided by Vitrina’s partners. Vitrina is not a seller, supplier or guarantor of prizes.
3.2. A prize that has been won appears in the «Мои награды» (My rewards) section. It must be activated within 7 days unless the prize specifies a different period. A prize not activated in time may expire.
3.3. How to receive the prize is stated on its card: a code, a link or contacting the Organizer. To deliver the prize, the Organizer may request the data needed to hand it over.
3.4. Prizes cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other persons unless the Organizer states otherwise.
3.5. If there is a problem with a prize, contact the Organizer first. If the Organizer does not respond or does not deliver the prize, write to Vitrina support at @vitrina_manager. Vitrina may help contact the Organizer and take action against them, but is not obliged to deliver the prize in their place.
3.6. If receiving a prize creates a tax or other legal obligation under the law of the Participant’s country, the Participant fulfils it themselves unless the Organizer does so.
4. What is prohibited
4.1. A Participant must not:
- take part using several accounts, bots, scripts, emulators or other automation;
- artificially inflate invitations and tasks: invite fake accounts, unsubscribe right after winning to get new tries, or abuse the mechanics;
- exploit errors in the Service to obtain tries or prizes;
- transfer or sell tries, ticket codes, wins or their account.
4.2. For a breach, the Organizer or Vitrina may, without notice, cancel tries and wins obtained in breach, exclude the Participant from the activity and block them in the Service.
5. Data and publicity
5.1. By participating, the Participant agrees that Vitrina processes their data under the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing Consent, including that Vitrina:
- passes to the activity’s Organizer the data needed to run it and deliver prizes: Telegram name and username, ID, participation history and wins;
- passes to a cross-promo partner the data needed to receive a bonus prize;
- shows winners in the activity’s list: part of the name, avatar, time of the win and the prize’s rarity.
5.2. Vitrina sends messages about wins, tries and new activities under the Messaging Consent.
6. Liability
6.1. Vitrina is responsible for the operation of the platform and the randomizer within the limits set by the Terms of Use. The Organizer is responsible for prizes, their delivery and quality, and for the rules of their activity.
6.2. Vitrina is not responsible for prizes that the Participant let expire, for Telegram outages or for unavailability of the Service in particular countries.
6.3. Taking part in an activity does not guarantee a win.
