Messaging Consent

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails (clause 13.4 of the Terms of Use).

1. Service messages

1.1. For the Service to work, the bot @VitrinaRandomBot sends service messages:

• about wins, prize activation deadlines and prizes not yet activated;
• about tries credited and restored, and friends invited;
• to organizers — about the status of activities, access requests, team invitations, exports and payments;
• about blocks and breaches, and replies to requests;
• about changes to documents and important changes to the Service.

1.2. Service messages are part of the Service. They can be switched off only by stopping and blocking the bot, which makes the Service unusable.

2. Informational and promotional messages

2.1. With your consent, the bot and Vitrina’s channels may send you:

• Vitrina news and new features;
• collections of activities, new games with prizes, recommendations;
• offers and bonuses from Vitrina and its partners, including advertising.

2.2. You give this consent when you start the bot, open the mini app or press a participation button and thereby agree to this document — or by a separate action in the interface, where one is provided.

2.3. Mailings are sent in good faith and at a reasonable frequency, without spam. We do not pass your account to partners for their own mailings.

3. How to opt out

3.1. You can opt out of informational and promotional messages at any time: write to @vitrina_manager or info@vitrinarandom.com, or use the setting in the bot or the mini app, where available. The opt-out takes effect within 10 days.

3.2. Stopping and blocking the bot ends all messages, including service messages.

4. Other terms

4.1. Messages are delivered by Telegram. The Operator is not responsible for delays and non-delivery of messages for reasons beyond its control.

4.2. Data for sending messages is processed under the Privacy Policy.

4.3. The Operator may unilaterally amend this document; a new version takes effect upon publication on vitrinarandom.com.
