Personal Data Processing Consent

A separate consent to the processing of your personal data by the Vitrina service: what data, for what purposes, with what actions and for how long. You give it when you start using the @VitrinaRandomBot bot and can withdraw it at any time.

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails (clause 13.4 of the Terms of Use).

I, a user of the Vitrina service (the bot @VitrinaRandomBot, the mini app in Telegram and the website vitrinarandom.com), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the Operator of the Vitrina service (details of the Operator are on the Operator page) my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. What data

  • the ID, first name, last name, username, profile photo, language and Telegram Premium status of my Telegram account, and my IP address;
  • data on participation in activities: tries, results, wins and their activation, ticket codes, invitations and referral links, completed tasks, link tags, subscriptions to activities’ channels;
  • for organizers — data on connected channels, activities, prizes, posts, team and statistics;
  • data on payments in Telegram Stars;
  • my MAX ID if I have linked a MAX channel;
  • the contents of my requests to support and my email address if I wrote by email;
  • technical data on my use of the Service.

2. For what purposes

Providing the Service to me: running activities and taking part in them, determining results, delivering prizes, checking participation conditions, preventing fraud and artificial inflation, accepting payments, communicating with me, showing activities in the Service, responding to requests, improving the Service, and complying with legal requirements.

3. What actions

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction — with or without automation.

4. Who data may be transferred to

  • organizers of the activities I take part in — to run the activity and deliver prizes;
  • cross-promo partners — to deliver bonus prizes;
  • the general public — part of my name, avatar, time of the win and the prize’s rarity in an activity’s winners list;
  • the Operator’s contractors that keep the Service running (hosting, storage, analytics, communications) — on the Operator’s instructions;
  • Telegram and payment providers — for the bot, the mini app and payments to work;
  • public authorities — in cases provided by law.

I consent to cross-border transfer of data, including to countries where the level of personal data protection may differ from that of my country of residence.

5. Term and withdrawal

5.1. The consent is valid while I use the Service and for 3 years after my last action in the Service.

5.2. I may withdraw the consent by writing to @vitrina_manager from my Telegram account or by email to info@vitrinarandom.com, stating my Telegram username. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and deletes the data within the period set by law, except for data it is required or entitled by law to keep. After withdrawal I will not be able to use the Service.

I give this consent when I start the bot, open the mini app, connect a channel, press a participation button or otherwise begin using the Service by an active action. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and have read the Privacy Policy.
