Terms of Use
The main terms of using the Vitrina service for everyone: game organizers and participants. By starting to use the @VitrinaRandomBot bot, the mini app or the vitrinarandom.com website, you accept this agreement.
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails (clause 13.4 of the Terms of Use).

1.9. Service Documents means this Agreement, the Organizer Terms, the Participation Rules, the Privacy Policy, the Personal Data Processing Consent, the Messaging Consent, the Content and Moderation Rules and the Recommendation Technology Rules. All of them are published in the Legal section of vitrinarandom.com and form part of the Agreement.
2. Acceptance of the Agreement
2.1. The Agreement is a public offer. A User accepts it in full and without reservations by doing any of the following: starting the bot, opening the mini app, connecting a channel, creating an activity, pressing a participation button, paying for a service or otherwise starting to use the Service.
2.2. The Service may be used only by persons who are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. By accepting the Agreement, the User confirms that they are at least 18 years old. If the User acts on behalf of an organization, they confirm that they are authorized to accept the Agreement on its behalf.
2.3. A User who does not agree with the Agreement or any Service Document must stop using the Service.
2.4. The Service is not intended for use where such activities or the Service itself are prohibited by law. The User is responsible for checking whether they may use the Service under the law of the country where they are located.
3. What Vitrina is and what it is not
3.1. Vitrina is a technology platform. It provides Organizers with tools to run activities and gives Participants the opportunity to take part in them.
3.2. The Operator is not the organizer of activities, nor a seller, supplier or guarantor of prizes, is not a party to the relationship between an Organizer and a Participant, and is not liable for the Organizer’s obligations.
3.3. The Service is not a lottery, gambling or betting. Taking part in activities through the Service is free: the Operator does not sell tries, chances to win or participation in a draw.
3.4. The result of each try is determined by a software algorithm according to rules set before the activity starts. The Operator does not change draw results in favor of individual Participants.
4. The Service runs in Telegram
4.1. The Service runs on the Telegram platform. Telegram is not a party to the Agreement and is not responsible for the operation of the Service, prizes, payments or any other relationships between Users and the Operator or among Users.
4.2. The User must comply with Telegram’s terms of service, including the terms for mini apps, bots and Telegram Stars. A breach of Telegram’s rules is a breach of the Agreement.
4.3. The User’s account in the Service is linked to their Telegram account. The User is responsible for the security of their Telegram account and for all actions taken with it. The Service never asks for a Telegram password or login code.
5. Rights of the Operator
5.1. The Operator may, at its sole discretion and without giving reasons:
- change, add to, restrict or discontinue any functions of the Service, its interface, pricing and the terms of paid services;
- review, moderate, limit the display of, suspend, block and delete activities, prizes and other Content;
- restrict or terminate a User’s access to the Service in whole or in part, including blocking the account;
- refuse to show an activity on the Vitrina home feed, in cross-promo and in other sections;
- add partners’ bonus prizes to activities under the cross-promo rules;
- carry out maintenance, including without notice;
- engage third parties to operate the Service and transfer its rights and obligations under the Agreement to third parties, including in the event of a reorganization or sale of the Service;
- request from the User information and documents confirming compliance with the Agreement and the User’s rights to the channel, Content and prizes.
5.2. The Operator is not obliged to keep a User’s Content and data after the User’s access to the Service ends, unless the law requires it.
6. User obligations and prohibitions
6.1. The User undertakes to comply with the Agreement, the Service Documents, Telegram’s rules and applicable law, to provide accurate information and not to infringe the rights of third parties.
6.2. The User must not:
- use multiple accounts, bots, scripts, emulators or automation, or artificially inflate participants, subscribers, tries or invitations;
- abuse referral and bonus mechanics or create fake Participants and invitations;
- interfere with the operation of the Service, circumvent restrictions, search for and exploit vulnerabilities, copy, decompile or disassemble the software code, or collect data by automated means;
- run gambling or lotteries through the Service, sell participation or chances to win, or run unlawful promotions;
- publish false information about prizes or non-existent prizes, or deceive Participants;
- post Content prohibited by the Content and Moderation Rules or by law;
- send spam or use other Users’ data for any purpose other than running an activity;
- impersonate the Operator, Telegram or any other person, or use Vitrina’s trademarks without permission;
- resell, transfer or rent out access to the Service and its paid features.
6.3. For a breach, the Operator may, at its choice, warn the User, delete Content, cancel tries, wins and bonuses obtained in breach, suspend or stop an activity, restrict features, or block the account temporarily or permanently. Paid services are not refunded when an account is blocked for a breach.
7. Rights to the Service and Content
7.1. All rights to the Service, its software code, design, databases, names, logos, texts and other elements belong to the Operator or its licensors. The User receives only a limited, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
7.2. Rights to Content remain with the User or other right holders. By posting Content, the User warrants that they hold all necessary rights and consents and that the Content does not infringe the rights of third parties or the law.
7.3. By posting or transmitting Content through the Service, the User grants the Operator, free of charge, a non-exclusive worldwide license for the entire term of the exclusive right. The license permits use of the Content in any way, including reproduction, distribution, public display, making available to the public, adaptation, abridgement, translation and inclusion in compilations. The Operator may use the Content:
- to operate the Service — to show activities, prizes, posts, the home feed, cross-promo and mailings;
- to promote the Service — on the website, in Vitrina’s channels and accounts, in case studies, presentations, advertising and materials for partners;
- without attributing the author, unless the law requires otherwise.
The Operator may transfer these rights to third parties (sublicense them). The license survives deletion of the Content and termination of the User’s access for materials that have already been published or used.
7.4. The User agrees that the Operator may mention the name, description and avatar of the User’s channel, as well as the results of the User’s activities (including figures and anonymized statistics), in case studies, on the website and in materials about the Service.
7.5. The Operator may freely use suggestions, feedback and ideas for improving the Service without remuneration or any obligations to their author.
7.6. The Operator may use anonymized and aggregated data about the operation of the Service and activities for any purpose, including analytics, development of the Service and publication of statistics.
8. Paid services
8.1. The basic features of the Service are free. Certain features are available with a Premium subscription and other paid services. Their scope, prices and terms are shown in the mini app at the time of payment.
8.2. Payment is made in Telegram Stars via Telegram or by other methods specified by the Operator. The purchase and refund of Stars and related matters are governed by the rules of Telegram and the app stores.
8.3. A service is deemed provided from the moment the subscription or feature is activated. Payments are non-refundable, except where the service was not provided through the Operator’s fault. Payment questions are handled by the manager @vitrina_manager.
8.4. The Operator may change prices, the scope of the subscription and the terms of paid services at any time. New terms apply to payments made after their publication; a subscription period that has already been paid for is retained.
8.5. Bonuses, free Premium days and other rewards are granted at the Operator’s discretion. The Operator may change and cancel reward programs and cancel rewards obtained in breach of the Agreement.
9. Liability
9.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Operator does not guarantee that the Service will operate continuously and without errors, meet the User’s expectations or deliver any particular result, such as subscribers, sales or wins.
9.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:
- prizes, their availability, quality, delivery, timing and the consequences of their use, or for any actions and obligations of Organizers and partners;
- the operation of Telegram, app stores, payment systems, hosting, communication networks and other third parties;
- blocking, restrictions and unavailability of Telegram or the Service in particular countries, or for decisions of public authorities;
- lost profits, indirect losses, loss of data, Content, audience or business reputation;
- the consequences of the User’s breach of the Agreement, the law or the rights of third parties;
- taxes and duties arising for the User in connection with activities and prizes.
9.3. If the Operator is nevertheless held liable, its total liability is limited to the amount the User actually paid the Operator for paid services during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4. The User shall indemnify the Operator for all losses, costs (including legal fees), fines and amounts of claims by third parties and public authorities caused by the User’s breach of the Agreement or the law, or by the User’s Content, activities or prizes.
9.5. The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations due to force majeure, including decisions of public authorities, sanctions, blocking, and failures of Telegram and infrastructure.
10. Changes to the documents
10.1. The Operator may unilaterally amend the Agreement and any Service Document without separate consent from Users.
10.2. A new version takes effect upon publication on vitrinarandom.com, unless it specifies a different date. The Operator may additionally announce material changes via the bot, the mini app or Vitrina’s channels.
10.3. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means acceptance of them. The User is responsible for following changes; the version date is shown at the beginning of each document.
11. Termination
11.1. The User may stop using the Service at any time: stop and block the bot, delete activities and disconnect channels.
11.2. The Operator may terminate the Agreement with a User and the User’s access to the Service at any time, including without giving reasons, and may discontinue the Service entirely.
11.3. The provisions on rights to Content, liability, indemnification, governing law and dispute resolution survive termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
12.1. The Agreement and relationships related to the Service are governed by the law of the country where the Operator is registered. This does not deprive a User who is a consumer of the protection of mandatory rules of their country of residence, where such rules apply.
12.2. Before going to court, a party sends a claim. The User sends it to the manager @vitrina_manager in Telegram or by email to info@vitrinarandom.com. The response period is 30 days.
12.3. Disputes not settled through the claim procedure are heard by the court at the Operator’s location, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1. If any provision of the Service Documents is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that is as close in meaning as possible.
13.2. The Operator’s failure to act on a breach does not mean a waiver of its rights.
13.3. The Operator sends legally significant notices via the bot, the mini app or Vitrina’s channels, or publishes them on the website; the User sends them to the manager @vitrina_manager in Telegram or by email to info@vitrinarandom.com.
13.4. The Service Documents are drawn up in Russian. Translations are for reference only; in case of discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.
